October Newsletter   One month has gone by already! and all students seem to be back in the groove...  Parents make sure they are practicing.  Progress is the best encouragement for a young student.   Please remember to send in books for resale or recycle.  I am going to place a book order Monday and would like to distribute your old books before buying new.  Erase dates (you can leave fingering notes) and put a sticky note with your name and price for the book.    If you haven't downloaded Finale Notepad yet please visit www.makemusic.com.  We will be using this for our songwriting and this gives them the opportunity to learn technology that they will encounter in the public schools and college.   If you have any questions, concerns or comments feel free to give me a call
